Q：范會長，您好！感謝您來參加雲德律師學院首屆院長論壇，今天參加這個論壇，請您談一下感受？
Q: President Fan, Thanks for coming to the First Dean's Forum of Yunde Law School, could you share your feelings with us.
A：大家好，我是范軍田，長期在英國工作生活。非常感謝雲德律所邀請我參加今天的論壇。在我認識當中，法律就是一把利劍，高高懸掛，時時警惕人們的一切社會行為的法制化。談及對律師的印象，歐洲發展主要是法治的規範行為結果，在見到律師的時候，第一印象，你會產生這就是社會的精英階層，是價值觀、社會秩序以及一切社會行為的締造者與捍衛者，講到素質和素養，律師是典範，言談舉止就是綜合素養的體現，我是非常尊重律師的。雲德律師學院除了專業教育以外，把一些綜合素質教育、社會禮儀技能、行為規範等融入到課程中，我認為這是一個創新。
A: Hello, I'm Fan Juntian. I have been working and living in the UK for a long time. Thanks very much for inviting me to this forum. In my mind, the Law is a sword, hanging high in the air. Talking about impression of lawyers, mainly in Europe is the rule of law norms, when seeing a lawyer, a first impression, you could think that is the social elite level, the values, social order and all of the founders of the social behavior, when it comes to quality and accomplishment, a lawyer is model, manners is the embodiment of the comprehensive qualities, I am very respect for law. I think it is an innovation that Yunde Law School has integrated some quality education and social education into its curriculum.
Q：您作為英國陝西經貿文化促進會會長，陝西與英國之間的關係及合作模式是怎樣的呢？請您簡單介紹一下。
Q: As the President of Shaanxi Economic and Cultural Promotion Association, what is the relationship and cooperation model between Shaanxi and the UK? Please give us a brief introduction.
A：陝西在英國大概2000多人，基本都是在非常好的大學、金融機構、科研機構、律所等就職，陝西人在英國的影響力是非常大的，綜合素質非常高，這個資源希望陝西一定要用好。比如我們英國陝西經貿文化促進會的理事們主要就涉及了四個板塊，金融、建築科技、教育文化、培訓交流等。陝西要做國際化大都市，如何去做？這是我們面前值得思考的問題，首先，一定要「請進來」、「走出去」。我們這兩三年做了很多這方面的工作，首先是陝西「走出去」積極宣傳陝西推介陝西招才引智，接下來「請進來」也很重要，汲取和借鑑西方的一些先進經驗。大家都知道倫敦金融城，這是歐洲的金融中心，所以我們一帶一路的起點是西安，終點是倫敦，我們締結了倫敦克羅伊登市和倫敦金融城與西安市締結友好城市，在金融、科技、教育、創意產業領域進行交流合作，促進西安向國際化大都市發展的歷程，通過這兩年的運作，我們所做的工作也得到了省委省政府的認可。
A: There are more than 2,000 people from Shaanxi province living in the UK, mostly work in excellent universities research institutes and law firm and Shaanxi province has a great influence in the UK. How Shaanxi province to be a national metropolis? This is a question for us, we must let foreigners to "come in" and "go out". In the past two or three years, we have done a lot of work. First, Shaanxi "went out", and then "come in" is also very important. As you all know, the city of London is the financial center of Europe, so our One Belt And One Road starts from XI 'AN and ends in London. We have established a sister city between the city of London and XI 'AN to conduct exchanges and cooperation in the financial field.
Q：您作為常年生活在國外的華人，對於雲德律所及雲德律師學院的發展，有什麼建議呢？
Q: As a Chinese living abroad, do you have any suggestions for the development of Yunde Law Firm and the Yunde Law School?
A：首先，今天的主題是平凡到卓越，何為卓越？我們的基礎理論，大學教育部分，校企聯合是非常重要的，校有束縛性，但是企有他的靈活性，在符合國家規定的情況下，如何進行校企合作，來培養學生的綜合素質，從理論到實踐相結合，這才是有用性的人才。第二，給雲德律所一個建議，不能認為我們就是一個律師事務所而局限在法律行業，外國律師事務所就不僅僅是律師事務所，國外的較大型律師事務所中一定要有建築工程師、理科工程師、化學工程師、測量師、會計師以及精算師等，律師事務所未來不僅僅是在律師行業拓展，是要多領域全方位發展，業務涵蓋企業重組、企業併購以及企業的轉型和升級等等方面來做，我們希望未來雲德律師事務所歐洲辦公室多方面涉足，並填充多種資源，為英陝之間企業交流合作保駕護航，使英陝之間的交流通過企業來落地。
A: First of all, from ordinary to extraordinary, what is excellence? Our basic theory, part of university education, school-enterprise cooperation is very important, the university has constraints, but the enterprise has its flexibility, in accordance with the state regulations, how to conduct school-enterprise cooperation, to cultivate students' comprehensive quality, from theory to practice, this is useful talent. Second, give a suggestion for the Yunde Law Firms, don't think you are a law firm and limitation in the legal profession, is not only a foreign law firm is a law firm, in foreign law firms must have a structural engineer, science engineers, chemical engineers, surveyors and actuaries, the future is not just a lawyer industry development, the law firm is to many areas, including corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, as well as the transformation and development of the enterprise, etc, we hope that the future the Yunde Law Firms many aspects involved in Europe, and filling in a lot of resources, make the communication between the Shaanxi Province and London.
