2020年1月14日，黃岡市益才國際學校小初部舉行了隆重的述職大會，梳理、反思、統整、分享、感動、驕傲、欣喜、盤點……一個個關鍵詞在一位位述職老師的頭腦中閃現、跳躍。讓我們把鏡頭拉回到現場。

教師的神聖職責是教書育人，教書者必先學為人師，育人者必先行為世范。作為人民教師不僅要有廣博的知識，更要有高尚的品格。還記得第一次面試的時候，朱校長問我：你為什麼要當老師？當時的我毫不猶豫並且很開心的告訴她，因為喜歡。對於一個剛剛踏進校園的新老師來說，其實我並不知道該如何去當好一個老師，只能竭盡我的所能去幫助他們用正確的方式參與體育運動，並通過鍛鍊提高身體素質。---黃雅婷老師

我們學校無論是環境還是領導、教師都給人一種寬鬆、和諧、民主、團結的好感，所以在這樣的團隊中工作雖然有時任務較重，但心理上還是比較簡單、愉快的，因此工作上比較主動，期望自己能最大限度地為學校的建設獻出微弱的力量。平時能及時把工作狀況、問題、困難向領導請示、匯報。同事之間能做到顧全大局，服從安排，互相關心，互相幫忙，互相溝通。---胡萍萍老師

「我不能改變生命的長度，但是我可以改變它的寬度」。同樣我們的每一個學生都有自己的獨特之處，課堂教學務必要尊重每一個學生，給每一個學生尤其是那些學習成績不好的學生以堅定的信念。一把鑰匙開一把鎖，面對不同的「鎖」，我們教師在工作中更要懂得：凡事要本著對學生的一生負責的態度，教育批評學生要尊重學生、「在嚴愛中把握批評的方法與藝術」。教育雖無痕，卻有著驚人的力量；潤物雖無聲，但能「於無聲處聽驚雷」。學生需要引導，尤其低年齡段的更需要循循善誘，這就要求我們老師也要遵守禮儀，以身作則，用高尚道德和真愛啟迪與感召學生。用心靈接近心靈，為每一棵「小樹苗」的成長負責。
