分子動力模擬再好，沒有方便的數據分析，就畫不出有用又漂亮的圖。對於MD模擬數據後處理，LAMMPS內的compute command可以進行簡單的RDF、配位數、ADF和MSD等的計算，更多的分析可以藉助別人造好的輪子（開源程序）進行計算，對於個性化的分析就要自己去編程了。此系列收集整理後處理程序的用途，以備不時之需。
ISAACS可對由LAMMPS模擬得出的分子構型（data文件或軌跡文件）進行後處理分析的程序，包括徑向分布函數、原子配位數、模型自由體積和密度、鍵角分布、環統計量、球面諧波不變性和鍵合價，可以在Linux，MacOSX（Intel）和Windows（XP，Vista）平台上工作。本文只介紹ubuntu系統下的安裝。

一、X射線或中子散射數據
二、徑向分布函數 Radial distribution functions g(r)
1. 徑向分布函數total RDFs for neutrons and X-rays

三、結構因子Structure factors S(q)
