Exactly, this initiative is all for show without substance.
Its more dangerous to be hanging on a rail track instead of riding on it, as proven by the limited capacity of 200 people. Laughable capacity in such a populous country.

As commented in the videos, the suspension train is only useful in certain places like between airport terminals, campuses or areas whereby demolitions of existing buildings are impossible due to variety of reasons.

For one, better flow of traffic and less congestion. You don't impede traffic and you don't have to build bridges over train rails.
