設計師運用現代簡約的設計手法，通過多種材質和造型的搭配堆疊空間層次，讓屋主體會空間的沉穩與內斂。屋主喜歡明亮通透的房間，於是設計師打掉室內多餘的牆體，露出房子的原始面貌，呈現開闊、明朗的通透格局;為了滿足她在公共區域辦公的需求，設計師專門在餐廳打造了一個多功能島台。
