2.1 複雜產品概述

作者對於複雜產品的概述分為兩個部分,首先是介紹複雜產品領域內的系統研究情況,按照時間線以及國內國外學者的類別進行詳細的綜述。

2.2 複雜產品概述

在本節內容中,作者是如何來介紹協同理論的內涵?首先是說明協同的基本含義,協同是人與人之間的溝通和協作,然後延申到協同論的建立,並且對協同的相關研究進行了綜述。
