2. Scope 工程範圍

A. Section Includes本章包括如下項目

The works of this section includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing, installation, provision of samples, mock-up installation, submission of shop drawings, as built drawings and maintenance manual of the following.

工程包括但沒有限於設備，安裝，提供樣品，樣板安裝，提交裝配圖，建築施工圖以及維修保養手冊。

The Exterior Insulation Facade Systems (EIFS) consists of Adhesive Bonding layers.

外墻外保溫裝飾系統包括•粘貼層，

• Mineral wool external wall insulation system or equivalent with rebated interlocking edges as relevant, and behind all external stone work and uninsulated GRC units as necessary.

礦棉外保溫硬板或同等, 連同適用之互扣凹凸接口邊, 及於所有外牆石材及所有非保溫之玻璃纖維增強水泥組件後, 如需要

• Fiber reinforcement fabrics (each layer of different colour) and base coat of bedding mortars

纖維加固布兩層（每層顏色需不同）和底層水泥砂漿

• Overall thickness of bedding mortars shall be 6mm minimum unless agreed otherwise in writing by the Architect or to manufacturer’s recommendation where system requires greater thickness.

外牆外抹灰塗料工程之底層水泥砂漿最少為6mm, 除非建築師另有指示或生產商有更厚之要求

• (For decorative textured coats and silicone / acrylic coating finish, textures in silicate and mineral render Quality, refer to 13300 External Wall Flexible Decorative Stucco and Coating Finish System).

(丙烯酸、彈性紋理飾面層之要求等, 請參考第13300節之外牆抹灰塗料工程)

• Stainless steel framing, dowels, fixings and accessories; flashing, tapes, closures, corner and bottom PVC reinforcement and plastic washer stainless steel fixing, ventilation assembly system as required

• 不鏽鋼結構，礦棉外保溫專用錨栓、其他 / 固定件，以及附件如：泛水，窄帶，封閉條，拐角處及底處之PVC加固件，伸縮縫附件，滴水線附件，塑料底墊, 不鏽鋼扣件和透氣裝置如指定要求

• Movement joints, forming drips and false joints where required.

伸縮縫, 滴水線及凹槽等如指定要求

• Paintable sealant, backer rod and debonding strips as necessary

可塗油密封膠, 底襯, 防脫落條, 如需要

• Co-ordination with other contractors including GRC, windows, doors etc. metalwork, stonework, other waterproofing and E&M contractor.

與其他分包商協調如玻璃纖維增強水泥、窗、門、金屬、石材、防水及機電設備等

• Timber insert shall not be accepted. 絕不能有任何木材嵌件

C. 外牆保溫工程

External wall insulation project

The total EIFS system (including textured coats and finish coating as relevant) shall be able to test and prove to withstand the wind pressure and all Beijing environment conditions without extra cost.

所有外保溫工程(包括外抹灰塗料工程如適用)應由承包人自費提供相應的產品檢測報告。以確定及證明能抵抗北京當地風力以及所有其他環境因素。

Approved EIFS system manufacturer / supplier:

C. Tender Submission and Samples

招標樣品提交

Submit tender with 3 sets of samples 300x300mm showing layer by layer system build up with typical interface junctions, including mineral wool / Rockwool insulation, mortar coats, glass fiber mesh, fixings, corner reinforcement and joint formers, flashings and the like, mortar stops, sealants and backer rods.

投標時提交三份樣品300x300mm, 每份樣品均須顯示各層物料組合, 包括典型轉角位、礦棉保溫層、砂漿、玻璃纖維網、扣件、轉角加固件及接縫構件, 泛水及相類似物, 砂漿收口角件, 密封膠及底墊

Submit program indicating all critical work stages and all relevant information.

承包商應提交一份工程的初步程序方案, 說明各主要時間階段安排及所有相關資料

D. Reference Samples and Mock Up:

參考樣品及樣板:

Submit 3 sets of Reference Samples showing layer by layer systems build up with typical interface junctions and joint details to represent the minimum standard to be achieved on site.

提交三份參考樣品, 每份樣品均須顯示各層物料組合包括典型轉角及接縫細部大樣, 以代表工地上最底之收貨標準

The Contractors shall construct Mock ups according to the location and extent indicated on the drawing for approval.

承包商應按照圖紙標示之位置及範圍建造樣板供建築師審批

No components of Reference Samples or Mock up shall be used for the permanent works without the written acceptance by the Architect.

沒有任何參考樣品或樣板可被用於工程中任何之永久部分, 除非得到建築師之書面批淮

Submit program indicating all critical work stages and all relevant information.

承包商應提交一份工程的初步程序方案, 說明各主要時間階段安排及所有相關資料

3. Performance Criteria 性能、準則

The contractor shall select, provide and apply the mineral wool / Rockwool insulation boards and glass fibre mesh reinforcing layer flexible texture stucco and color coating material (where relevant) in accordance with the following requirements:

承建商須選擇, 提供礦棉保溫, 墊底加強層, 有紋理的裝飾面層以及顏色塗料(如適用)根據以下要求：

承建商工程經驗

The EIFS contractor shall have at least five (5) years documented experience (most recent 1 year prior to tender date)

外牆外保溫裝飾系統工程承建商須有最少五年 (5) 的相關有紀錄之工作經驗 (最近的一年 (1) 由招標前一年內計算。)

The contractor shall advise all persons entrusted with designing and execution of the composite heat insulation system to comply with the Special Conditions of the General Building Inspectorate Approval requirement and all further details necessary for perfect execution of the type of construction to GBJ 301-88.

承建商須要求設計及執行外牆外保溫系統的人員切實地執行相應國家標準圖集GBJ 301-88 之要求。

F. The material 材料:

The EIFS material shall be supplied by a reputable company and has been registered in China/US/UK/Germany or other regions over 15 years .

EIFS 材料須由有良好信譽之公司提供, 以及必須在中國 / 美國 / 英國 / 德國或其他地方註冊最少十五年 (15) 年以上

The contractor shall ensure installation also complies with the manufacturer’s recommendation to provide consistent water resistant and thermally insulating system without cracking or failure under all Beijing environment and design intent conditions.

承建商須保證工程符合生產商之建議, 以提供完好之防水及保溫系統, 不論北京環境及設計要求如何

Standards and approvals認可標準

Material wool, Rockwool Rockshield systems or equivalent system to be approved by the BBA (Certificate No. 90/2437) and by the Institute of Bautechnik in Germany or equivalent test.

礦棉保溫板Rockwool Rockshield 系統或同等要得到BBA (Certificate No. 90/2437) 以及德國Institute of Bantechnik 的證書或同等之認可‧

Quality Assurance 品質保証

Mineral wool manufacturer’s Quality Management System to comply with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001: 1994 and registered by BSI–QA. Other suppliers to provide equivalent quality assurance.

礦棉生產商之品質管理須符合BS EN ISO9001:1994及於BS1-QA註冊, 其他公司須能提供同等的品質保證‧

External Insulation Finishing System Installation外牆外保溫系統安裝

Co-ordinate application of waterproof membrane. 需要協調防水層的應用。

Mineral Wool, Rockwool RockShield Rigid Slabs or equivalent礦棉保溫板

Rockwool Rockshield 板或同等

Sized 1200 × 600 mm. For external wall – minimum 70mm thick.Rigid slabs are adhesive and mechanically fixed.

尺吋為1200 x 600毫米, 硬板應用在立面外牆為最少70毫米厚。硬板須用粘貼劑及錨栓固定。

Base coat塗料墊底層

RockShield TC or Degussa KAM or equivalent. Rockshield TC或德固賽 KAM或同等

Coat system thickness – minimum 6 mm. 裝飾面層不小於6毫米厚。

High Impact Coat 高負重飾面

For areas which are likely to be subject to high levels of Impact, an additional high impact coat to be applied to both the above systems.

有些高衝擊部分須外加一層加強抗衝擊之飾面, 適用於以上兩種墊底層上。

Performance and properties 性能及表現

Properties 性能

Typical weights for Rockwool RockShield systems or equivalent (minimum 70 mm Rockwool)

標準礦棉保溫板RockShield系統或同等最少70毫米厚重量。

Fire 防火性能

RockShield system or equivalent to achieve a Euro Class 『A2』 or equivalent forreaction to fire. The core Rockwool insulation to achieve 『A1』.

RockShield系統或同等系統須能夠達到Euro Class 「A2」或同等防火性能檢定。礦棉板原料須達到「A1」級防火性能檢定。

『U』 values 傳熱係數

U value for external wall insulation to be min 0.5m2 K/W.

於本工程外牆用上混凝土實心礙塊及混凝土屋面。外牆傳熱係數為0.5 m2 K/W。

Condensation control 凝結控制

When calculating vapour diffusion through a structure, the vapour resistance of Rockwool is 5.9 MNs/gm. The vapour resistivity of the combined Rockwool RockShield base coat and decorative coat is 9 MNs/gm.

當計算蒸氣浸透過結構時, 岩棉可抵抗蒸氣度為5.9 MNs/gm, 結合墊底層與飾面層之計算時為9 MNs/gm

Environmental Concern 環保考慮

No CFCs, HFCs or HCFCs be used in the manufacture of Rockwool or mineral wool materials.

於礦棉生產過程中不可使用 CFCs, HFCs 或 HCFCs

Compression壓縮

The Roof Insulation System to perform without damage, by support ladders with a spreading board being used for normal maintenance work.

這保溫系統須能夠在下支撐梯子之情況下沒有損毀, 作正常之維修保養。

Impact resistance 衝擊抵抗力

Rockwool or mineral wool insulation board be tested by a 25 mm punch method and achieved an ultimate strength figure of 1000 N.

礦棉保溫板需要接受25mm之衝擊測試, 而要達到1000N之重力指標

Rain resistance 雨水抵抗力

Rockwool mineral wool is inherently water repellent, and this property is enhanced by special additives. RockShield base coats, decorative coats and specially developed paints to also be highly water resistant.

抗棉需要本身防水的, 而這特點須以特別添加劑強化

RockShield墊底層, 飾面層及其特別之塗料亦需極防水的

Durability 耐久性

It is essential that the basic structure is sound and in good repair. A suitable damp-proof course be installed as relevant before application of the adhesive mortars / mineral wool / Rockwool insulation. Mineral wool / Rockwool slabs to be proved in service for over 50 years in all types of exposure. The base coats and decorative coats employed in the RockShield system to be successfully used for over 10 years. Rockwool RockShield to undergo successful accelerated ageing tests simulating 25 years of exposure. Life expectation to be excess of 50 years without any major maintenance.

必須保證底層結構是健全及情況良好。必須於安裝礦棉保溫層, 粘結沙漿之前,鋪設適合之防潮層。礦棉保溫板須要在暴露於各種情況下, 超過50年仍能維持其保溫功能不改變。ROCKSHIELD系統之墊底層及飾面層須保用10年以上。ROCKSHIELD須能通過25年之老化測試。總壽命須達50年而不需重要之維修。
