深圳市鹽田區舊墟鎮片區城市更新項目建築方案設計國際競賽自 2023年 05 月 08 日發布競賽公告，至 2022 年05月 31日正式報名截止，共收到 14家參賽申請人的報名材料。
The International Competition for Architectural Scheme Design of the Urban Renewal Project in Jiuxu Town, Yantian District, Shenzhen City has been announced since May 8, 2023 and officially closed on May 31, 2022. A total of 14 applicants have received their application materials.
共涉及27家公司，6個國家及地區，包括中國、香港、美國、法國、新加坡、德國。
A total of 27 companies and 6 countries and regions are involved, including China, Hong Kong, the United States, France, Singapore, and Germany.

資格預審評審委員會由6位專家：王曉東、馮越強、朱榮遠、肖誠、唐志華、黃劭暐和1位主辦方代表熊國平組成。朱榮遠擔任此次評審主席。
The pre qualification review committee is composed of six experts: Wang Xiaodong, Feng Yueqiang, Zhu Rongyuan, Xiao Cheng, Tang Zhihua, Huang Shaowei, and one representative of the organizer, Xiong Guoping. Zhu Rongyuan served as the chairman of this review.

Pre-Qualification Results
深圳市鹽田區舊墟鎮片區城市更新項目建築方案設計國際競賽資格預審會於2023年6月4日在深圳市鹽田區凱悅酒店舉行。
The pre qualification meeting for the International Competition for Architectural Design of the Urban Renewal Project in Jiuxu Town, Yantian District, Shenzhen was held on June 4, 2023 at the Hyatt Hotel in Yantian District, Shenzhen.
評委會成員對本次競賽參賽申請人所提交的資格預審申請文件進行了審閱及深入的討論，採用記名投票的方式，經過3輪投票，評選出7家入圍單位（排名不分先後）和2家有排序的備選單位。
The members of the judging committee reviewed and conducted in-depth discussions on the pre qualification application documents submitted by the participating applicants in this competition. Through three rounds of voting, 7 shortlisted units (regardless of ranking) and 2 alternative units with ranking were selected through a secret ballot.
